I have been a skin therapist since 1995 and to this day I enjoy my work immensely. We make our clients happy every day, it is such a rewarding job.

After working for 8 years in several private clinics, with the very first lasers that came on the market at that time, I then started for myself in 2003 and founded Derma2care. In 2020, we changed our name to The Skin Clinic. By now, The Skin Clinic is a chain of 17 clinics spread throughout the country of which I am very proud.

In 2024 I started a new concept, Renske Ypma Skin Clinics, with 2 branches in Amsterdam South and 1 branch in Zandvoort. I am still co-owner of De Huidkliniek, but I now work full time in my 3 new clinics with the very latest equipment. I treat myself 3 or 4 days a week and the other days I am busy with the management. I have a great team and fortunately everyone goes to work every day with great pleasure.

What I stand for is optimal quality and service and always want to stay at the forefront of the market. The developments of new equipment go so fast. Clients’ wishes are also changing; people want quick results, with as little recovery time as possible so that everyone can immediately resume her/his daily activities. Fortunately, there is now great equipment on the market, which we work with, making this possible. I am very happy to be able to make people more beautiful every day and to make them literally feel better in their own skin.
